We have categorized the department in 2 major steams. One is for the products and the other is for the services that have been rendered to the user. Hence, Printer solutions will and its users would need to abide by these.
For products
Once the product is been delivered to the user, they can return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that, no return or exchange will be entertained unless there is an exception and for that our internal team will decide whether the return or exchange can be processed or not.
In case, you get the product and the product has been deliver with fault in it. You would need to contact our customer care team within 48 hours of the product delivery and you would need to submit the relevant proof for the same. We recommend that once you get your order, you would need to open the order In front of the delivery representative and see if it is faulty. However, by any reason if you are not available and somebody else picks up your order on your behalf, we recommend to make a small video record while unpacking the package and do not take the package and return it right away.
For services
Once the services have been delivered to the user, it shall be non-refundable once it is done. Kindly ensure to use and see the product is working well or not after the services has been rendered.
